I have a vision for where I want to be in 5, 15, and 30 years and I've thought out what smaller goals need to be met for me to get there. But the key for me is that no matter what I do, I give it my best effort, and produce as much quality and value as I can. Sooner or later, someone will notice or some opportunity will come up that I can make good on.
