"If your product is lousy, then your company name is associated with lousy products. If the design on your packaging is lame — then your company is identified as the one with lame packaging." 

There product is shit, they have crappy costumer service, they over charge and when you want to cancel the contract they charge you $400 (used to be 200 but I guess too many people thought it was worth cancelling than put up with them) so that you DONT.

The reason rogers pushes it's brand is because I think they are aware that they are losing more costumers than gaining. They should spend more time on making their phone packages/cable/internet better.</description>
