Your post does a great job of identifying the aspect of marketing around listening to customers and market trends, which often gets overshadowed by marcom/advertising activities. Keep up the great work. Also if people want a deeper look at our chagne process our recently published book, BIG Ideas to BIG Results is a great resource.
